Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what you may and may not do on warcrimes.us (the "Service"). It is part of our Terms of Service. We built warcrimes.us so people can enjoy tabletop games together — this policy keeps it that way. Breaking these rules may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, and where appropriate, reports to the authorities.

Be a decent person

Treat the people at your table and on the platform with respect. You may not use the Service to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate anyone;
• Post or transmit hateful content, or attack people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or similar characteristics;
• Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

Protect children — zero tolerance

You may not create, upload, share, request, or generate (including via the AI features) any content that sexualizes or exploits minors, in any form, real or fictional. This is an absolute rule. Violations will result in immediate termination and will be reported to law enforcement and the appropriate authorities.

Don't break the law or others' rights

• No illegal content or activity, and no content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights;
• Don't upload maps, art, audio, rulebooks, or other material you don't have the right to use. If you use the asset finder, follow each item's license (including attribution);
• No sharing of others' private or personal information without consent.

Keep content appropriate

Tabletop stories can get dark, and that's fine among consenting adults at a private table. But you may not use the Service to distribute pornographic content, gratuitous real-world gore, content that promotes self-harm, or other material that is inappropriate for a shared, mixed-age platform. Remember the minimum age to use the Service is 13.

Don't abuse or disrupt the Service

• No malware, viruses, or malicious code; no attempts to hack, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure;
• No automated scraping, scanning, or bulk-downloading except as we expressly allow;
• Don't probe, attack, or circumvent security, rate limits, usage caps, or access controls;
• Don't share or resell your account to evade limits, and don't use the AI features to run unrelated bulk or commercial workloads.

Voice & video

The same standards apply to voice and video. Don't record people without their knowledge, and don't use live features to harass or share prohibited content.

Reporting & enforcement

If you see something that breaks this policy, email iggyatl3047@gmail.com. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion to keep the platform safe. We may also preserve and disclose information where required by law or to protect people from harm.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service grows. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version; continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
